Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The primary role of the SDR is to generate and qualify leads that match our target buyer profile. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual with a knack for identifying potential clients and initiating the first steps in the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to identify qualified leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Aptly’s products and services, as well as the challenges faced by potential clients.
  • Qualify leads based on their fit with the target buyer profile, including decision-makers in organizations who would benefit from a delegation of authority management solution.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team to further assess a prospect’s business needs and potential for partnership.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies for target market sales.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related area, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
