UI/UX Designer

About the role
We are looking for a progressive UI/UX designer with experience in building interface that are enjoyable to use. You will work closely with our product managers, engineers, and customers to understand their needs and pain points, and design solutions that address them. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as conducting user research and testing. You will also collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the implementation of your designs is consistent and aligned with your vision.
What you will do
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing features
- Conduct user research and testing to validate your design assumptions and gather feedback
- Apply design thinking and best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Communicate your design rationale and decisions to the product team and stakeholders
- Work with the engineering team to ensure the quality and consistency of your designs
What you will need
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer for web or mobile applications
- A portfolio of design projects that demonstrate your skills and process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B products is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
